Parham Eftekhari

Parham Eftekhari is a trusted community leader and business executive serving investors, organizations, and decision makers at the intersection of critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, national security, and policy.  

 

He currently serves as an Executive Vice President at CyberRisk Alliance (CRA), leading strategy, growth, and product development for CRA's communities division comprised of a 2,100+ membership platform for CISOs and other cybersecurity leaders, 175+ in-person events per-year, and a growing portfolio of proprietary research, tools, and solutions for security teams.  Parham also serves as Chairman of the Institute for Critical Infrastructure Technology (ICIT), a non-partisan think tank he founded in 2015 with a mission to improve the resilience of critical infrastructures that provide for people's foundational needs.  Other leadership roles including Sr. Advisory at Gray Space Strategies and advisory board member at  MazeBolt Technologies. 

 

A recognized expert and engaging speaker, Parham is regularly featured in the media and has participated in hundreds of speaking engagements from keynotes to closed door briefings at forums spanning Congress, TED, RSA, and ISW.  Parham's industry honors include the (ISC)² Government Information Security Leadership Award and a personal letter of commendation from the Ranking Member of the House Subcommittee on Cybersecurity in 2024.
